Mai-Lien Olsson
Mai-Lien Olsson is a pianist with the Zaza Road Quartet, the 2024 AFCM Fellowship Ensemble.
Mai-Lien Olsson is wrapping up her Master of Music degree in classical piano under Natasha Vlassenko at the Queensland Conservatorium. Participating in numerous concerts over the recent years, her orchestral debut was realised playing Beethoven's 1st Concerto with the Conservatorium Symphony Orchestra, and Brisbane Symphony Orchestra. Being an avid chamber musician, her experience with the Australian Festival of Chamber Music's Winterschool program in 2023 has led her and her chamber group members to return as alumni once again as a piano quartet. Mai-Lien has performed at the Tyalgum Music Festival with her beloved chamber music friends. In the future, she hopes to study abroad in Berlin, Germany setting a big goal to grow herself and her musical ability.
