AFCM Evening Concert 1: Final Words

The jewel in the crown each day of the Festival are these full-length Evening Concerts, presenting a wonderful range of repertoire, from classic favourites to lesser-known works and exciting new commissions.

Tonight’s poignant program features Chausson’s last completed work, Nicole Murphy’s response to the impact of COVID in 2020, Andrew Ford’s reflections on a piece by Seán Ó Riada, and Mahler’s unfinished symphony.
