Giving for the Future - Bequests

If chamber music has been a source of joy or solace, enriching your life, you might consider including the Festival in your will ensuring that music brings pleasure or peace to others in the future. Of course loved ones come first but a gift, no matter how small or large, preserves the future of chamber music and the Festival and you continue the journey with us feeling pride in knowing that your gift has helped build a secure financial platform for future generations of Australian musicians and music lovers. We treat your information with respect and in private and are happy to discuss with you any particular aspect of the AFCM that you, or someone you nominate, would like to support.

We invite you to speak with us so we can ensure your gift supports the area you are most passionate about.

You may wish to use the following wording when leaving a gift in your will

"I give to the Australian Festival of Chamber Music – North Queensland Limited ABN 34 050 418 730  (AFCM)

a) All of my residuary estate, OR

b) .................. percentage of my residuary estate, OR

c) The sum of $........., OR

d) [list of asset/s]

I declare that the receipt of a Director of the AFCM or other authorised officer will be a sufficient discharge to my executors, who will not be bound to the application of this gift."
