Dylan Roberts is a bassoonist currently studying for a Master of Arts in Bassoon Performance at the University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna (MDW) with Professor Stepan Turnovsky. He completed his Bachelor of Music Performance at the Sydney Conservatorium of Music, studying with Andrew Barnes. Dylan has performed with the Australian Youth Orchestra, Sydney Youth Orchestra, and Ensemble Apex, and is a founding member of the Orpheus Quintet, which participated in the Australian Festival of Chamber Music in 2025. His work is driven by a search for expressive depth and a distinctive personal sound.
