For an opportunity to meet other Festival patrons head along to a Long Table Dinner any night of the Festival at Michels Restaurant or Jam, both on Palmer Street. Between 5:30pm and 7:00pm both restaurants will have a group table reserved for Festival guests and a special $35 menu including a glass of wine.

Come down on your own or with friends and join others for an enjoyable dinner before heading to an even more enjoyable Festival concert.

$35 Long Table Dinner Menu
  • Calamari
    Corned silverside and potato pave, baby capers, dill and cornichon aioli
  • Braised oxtail and cured pork cheek spätzle
    Wild mushrooms, Krispy kale, gremolata and shaved parmesan
  • Caramelised beetroot tarte Tatin
    Goats cheese and watercress salad, balsamic reduction
  • Tempura Local Fish
    Served with citrus salad, fat chips and béarnaise sauce

Each meal includes a glass of House White, Red or Sparkling wine; or soft drink or juice

  • Linguini tossed with local Jourama Farm mushrooms, spinach, Manchego
  • Aromatic orange curry with slow braised pork, kai-lan, snow peas, noodles
  • North Qld barramundi + chips w/quinoa, baby beet, raisin, almond salad - Grilled or Beer Battered
  • Catalan braised chicken, salad of grains, cauliflower, pomegranate, raisins, pedro dressing

Each meal includes one of the following: Townsville Premium Light beer or a glass of St Hallett SBS, St Hallett Rose or St Hallett Gamekeepers SGT
