Long Table Dinners

For an opportunity to meet other Festival patrons head along to a Long Table Dinner any night of the Festival at Jam or Michels Restaurant, both on Palmer Street. Between 5:30pm and 7:00pm both restaurants will have a group table reserved for Festival guests and a special $35 menu including a glass of wine. Or take a stroll across the footbridge to A Touch of Salt, also offering Long Table Dinners for $40 per person.

Come down on your own or with friends and join others for an enjoyable dinner before heading to an even more enjoyable Festival concert. 

JAM RESTAURANT

$35 Long Table Dinner Menu

North Qld barramundi + chips -grilled or beer battered, lime + ginger aioli, eggplant, feta, beans, grapefruit, pine nuts + mint salad

Roasted duck yellow curry with sweet potato + snake beans, saffron + ginger rice

Spaghetti with hickory smoked chicken, rocket pesto, peas, mint, parmesan

House smoked salmon salad, green frill, roasted pear, fennel, walnut, avocado, plum vinaigrette  

Each meal includes a glass of one of the following: Townsville Premium Light, Bandini Prosecco, The Pass Sauvignon Blanc, Reverie Cabernet-Syrah

 LAMB SHANK SPAGHETTI baby vegetables, green olives, thyme

 CHICKEN BALLONTINE smoked ricotta & chorizo stuffing, spiced polenta, blistered tomatoes, roasted red pepper sauce
