Philanthropy
The AFCM sincerely appreciates the music lovers who make gifts to the Festival each year.
The AFCM is a not-for-profit organisation relying on one third of our income from box office, one third from community donations and business sponsorship and we are supported by all three levels of government, contributing to our final third.
A donation, no matter how big or small, contributes to the success of the AFCM.
Your contributions go toward nurturing young and emerging artists through the Winterschool programme, commissioning new works, inspiring future generations of music lovers with education and outreach programmes, creating new artistic collaborations and recruiting international artists to perform for North Queensland audiences.
There are a number of ways in which you can support the Australian Festival of Chamber Music including:
- Donate – Individual Donations and Regular Giving
- Membership
- Giving for the Future – the AFCM Future Fund and Bequests
- Gold Pass
- Artist Sponsorship
- Volunteering
To kindly donate now please visit our secure Online Donations page.
Donations of $2 or more are tax deductible and support the artistic programme as well as initiatives such as the AFCM Winterschool, the Outback Tour and new commissions.
To show our sincere appreciation, donations of $200 or more are recognised in the programme book and all donors are recognised on our website.
